Geachte heer ,
Grag bevestigen wij u de volgende creditnota:
Verkoper: Apple iTunes Store
Informatie: iTMS Refund for: MGLQ171G9Y
Tijd: 14.08.2011 19:02:26 CEST
Bedrag: EUR 39,99
Aug 14, 2011 om 19:57Click and Buy, onterechte afschrijvingAanvulling,
Aug 14, 2011 om 19:52Click and Buy, onterechte afschrijvingTuurlijk!!
Aug 14, 2011 om 19:41Click and Buy, onterechte afschrijvingBeste Nesselande,
Hi,
Yesterday two purchases where made at a total cost of 79,99 euro to my expence.
However, i did not purchase anything, and i don't even play poker.
It was Texas Pokeer by KAMAGAMESLTD
M---171J-- MGLQ171G--
I can not, and wil not pay 80 euro for something i haven't authorized.
After googeling , it came to my atention that this has happend to noumerous people in the Netherlands since beginning of august and also around the same time it happend to me, and in USA there have ben many reports of this happening.
I tried your customer service, witch was very unhelpful.
Monday 15th of August i wil be filing a report at the police station.
I already have had contact with click and buy, whom advised me to block the transaction at the bank, and disregard the messages about paying and extra administation cost.
Hoping for a fast reply,
Zojuist heb de de volgende bericht ontvangen :
Dear Marc,
Welcome to iTunes Store Customer Support. My name is Mae and I am glad to assist you today.
I'm sorry to hear that you're charged by the purchases made without your permission. I know how upsetting that can be. It will be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I possibly can.
To prevent further purchasing, I have disabled your account. Please note that you can enable your iTunes Store account in the future by providing specific information to iTunes Store support, as described at the end of this email.
After reviewing the circumstances of your case, we determined that issuing you a refund for the items that were purchased without your permission is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final. A refund in the amount of 79.98 will be credited to the payment method(s) that were used to pay for the items.
I urge you to contact ClickandBuy as soon as possible to ask them to launch an investigation into the security of your account.
I also strongly recommend you change your account password immediately. Changing the password will help to prevent anyone else from using your iTunes Store account to place orders without your knowledge. To increase the security of your account I highly recommend that you follow the suggestions outlined in the following article:
iTunes Store: Best practices for protecting the security of your account
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4156
If you wish to place orders using a different payment method, you can add one to your account by following these instructions:
1) Open iTunes and sign in to the iTunes Store.
2) Select "View My Account" from the Store menu.
3) Enter your password and click the View Account button.
4) Click the Edit Payment Information button.
5) Edit your payment information as needed.
6) Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.
If you suspect you are the victim of identity theft, consider following these recommendations:
- Contact the fraud departments of any consumer reporting company to place a fraud alert on your credit report.
- Close the accounts that you believe have been used without your knowledge.
If you would like your iTunes Store account to be enabled, please reply to this email with the following information:
1) The billing address listed on the account, and
2) One of the following:
- the last four digits of the Credit card used for your iTunes Store account
- the order number of your most recent purchase
- the name of any item you've purchased using this account
I will use the information you provide to investigate the possibility of enabling your account. Please note this investigation could take several days.
I hope this information proves helpful in resolving the problem. If you have further questions, please reply to this email and I'll be happy to assist you. Have An Awesome Day!
Sincerely,
Mae
iTunes Store Customer Support
Please Note: I work Sat-Tue, 8:00AM-5:00PM CST
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to assist you. You may receive an AppleCare survey email; any feedback you provide would be greatly appreciated.
http://www.apple.com/nl/support/itunes/contact.html?form=account&topic=iTunes%20Store%20Account%20and%20Billing&subtopic=Billing%20Inquiries#
Machteging intrekken dus.
Mijn itunes account is nu ook geblokkeert. -
Aug 14, 2011 om 18:38Click and Buy, onterechte afschrijvingBeste Mensen,
