have you spoken to an actual trademark lawyer? i wouldn't trust the opinion of people who don't understand the complexity of the laws.
if you insist on refusing to change it, i'll be happy to file claims with twitter and facebook and start a legal action against you personally as well for copyright infringement.
i'll have my lawyer start on the paperwork now.
it's really unfortunate that you're forcing it to come to this... and a testament to your character that you're trying to mooche off of my hard work and celebrity.
