Dear Sir / madam,
Please help me with my complain, I think the complains in the Netherlands are not done properly. Look at WWW.klacht.nl this is the biggest site in the Netherlands for complains. Light in the box resolves 48%, the most Dutch people never here again over there complains. They just close your complain so you can respond anymore!
My complain is: I bought a 7 inch auto dvd speler voor toyota verso / ez (bluetooth, gps, ipod, rds, sd / usb) #00418983 on 25 may.

When I open the box the 7 inch screen was broken. So I make a complain number 3576118 , I read your terms and send the box to England.
Cost € 19,50 euro.

First they say we received your radio in England and now they say never received! Red letters they have received the returned article.

I think when things go wrong in my company I want to know what the problems are so I can resolve them. Now the name Light in the Box or Chinese products get a bad name. See the website WWW.klacht.nl and with translate just fill in Light in the box and you see the poor results 48% resolves!
I am not accuse anyone, maybe is the language a problem, but I think a little investigation by the complain department will help.
Can you please help me, €263,- euro is a lot of money for my and now I have no radio and my money is gone? please help me. I have the track and trace ticket so the radio must be in England.
I hope that you will help me, my excuse for the bad English-

Ik moest aan de deur nog even €110,- euro invoerrechten betalen. Toen ik de radio uit de verpakking haalde zag ik tot mijn grootte schrik dat er in het 7 inch scherm een barst zat, Gelijk foto's van genomen en naar de website gegaan om te lezen hoe ik met deze schade moest omgaan. Dit was 28 mei, nu op 31 mei 21.00 uur nog steeds geen antwoord gehad. Hellup! wat nu, ik had nog wel een verzendverzekering afgesloten.
Kunnen jullie mij helpen?
