Sep 16, 2021 om 23:22Bagage niet op schipholAs you all noteced that my Dutch isn't perfect, and that made 5 reactions to my initial comment, all I wanted to say that if I wanted to review my experience who should I blame? is it Schiphol Airport or Transavia?
I know that some times luggage can be delayed, but this was different, the indications on Schiphol App and on the flight arrival screen was all wrong, no one was there to explain the situation, so according to Schiphol App the baggage was already on the band, but we had to wait for another hour extra.
as for the booked taxi, the driver was tracking our flight accordingly, and he was on time, schiphol taxi drivers rely on Schiphol App for flight updates. but when the app gives wrong timing or not updating, in our case driver thought our luggage already arrived (according to Schiphol App) while we were still waiting. really 5 star taxi service
