Xbox live; volksverlakkerij

Microsoft bellen is onmogelijk. ik belandde in een haag van amerikaanse telefoon nummers en kwam bij een twitter account terecht. door de slecht naar nederlands vertaalde pagina's is hier geen touw aan vast te knopen. via deze twitter account werden enkel algemene nietszeggende antwoorden verstrekt. in het engels uiteraard. men kan je nergens verder helpen. de website staat dan ook vol met boze klanten van microsoft. ze hebben er weer één boze ontevreden klant bij.

het ergste van alles is dat je als een crimineel wordt afgeschilderd. ik heb al tijden een account, maar dit is echt ongehoord. en al zóu ik gedaan hebben wat ze vaag in onderstaande tekst omschrijven, met bewijsmateriaal komen ze dus kennelijk niet. je bent afhankelijk van andere gefrustreerde online gamers die kennelijk zo iemand kunnen uitbannen door middel van beoordelingen die nergens op gebaseerd zijn. alsof je een paar schoenen koopt... en dat de schoenwinkel deze voor een paar weken afpakt.
niet alleen zeer klantonvriendelijk, ook nog eens een licht schandaal. ik kan gewoon niet de enige zijn met problemen.


hierbij de mail die mij werd toegezonden:

why we enforced
the conduct that caused this suspension may include but is not limited to:
utilizing unauthorized methods to gain advantage or disrupt the competitive landscape of xbox live
intentionally playing with someone who is using unauthorized software, methods, or modifications
exploiting game vulnerabilities or glitches
network interference or manipulation
player feedback or complaint abuse
console tampering
your conduct was brought to the attention of the xbox live policy & enforcement team through either complaints filed by other xbox live users or in the course of our operation of the service. the xbox live policy & enforcement team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding this conduct and determined it violates the xbox live terms of use and/or code of conduct. because your conduct is in violation, the xbox live policy & enforcement team has enacted this suspension against your account.
how this enforcement affects you
enforcement actions apply to both the xbox 360 and xbox one consoles:
on the xbox 360 console you will be shown a message in the xbox live dashboard notifying you when your suspension will end, and you will not be able to sign in to xbox live until the suspension is complete.
on the xbox one console you will be able to sign in, but some features and functionality of the console will be reduced or restricted including but not limited to the ability to participate in multiplayer games.
your xbox live privileges removed by this enforcement will be automatically reinstated at the end of your suspension period.
note: customer support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension. additionally, the duration of your suspension is subject to change without prior notice by the xbox live policy & enforcement team if we discover additional evidence of violations.
