i had a very similar experience with a very shabby mobile phones repair company.....and i can understand that one can fall for an advertisement on a web site for cheap and quick replacement of a mobile phone screen “while you wait”….. that’s the reason why some people use them.
these companies are operating on the edge of legality, they deal with counterfeit phone parts, and they are not experienced to repair let alone look at any mobile phone and while they promise professionalism and speed of repair, their repairing services are dishonorable and shameful to any professional.
once their reputation is spoiled due to bad and incorrect repairs, they bankrupt their company and then start again with a new one under different names…..
these companies should not exist and the only way to stop their illegal activities is to boycott them even if and when the repairs are more expensive at the “authorized dealer”…..
