de tekst m.b.t. termination lijkt mij duidelijk en zou de dienstverlening moeten stoppen. qua wetgeving is de wetgeving in texas van toepassing.
ik zie niets over opzegtermijnen en ook mij lijkt het dan zinvol om onmiddellijk op te zeggen zo u dat eerder niet heeft gedaan en als uitgangspunt automatisch eindigen aannam. procederen met een texaansbedrijf kan ‘in de papieren lopen'. (verwijzend naar ook de reactie van @rjw)
